Courtney Koch TV Stand November 13th, 2018 - 11:12:23
TV stand I started by getting three two by fours and three 1 by tens, all 8 feet in length and some dark walnut stain. I started by trimming off the edges of all the two by fours for a cleaner, nicer. Look. I then set up. The chop saw cut the legs to link. I didn't have a specific plan for the ex, so I just cut an extra big piece and then I mark the lines with a pencil and free-handed it at the table. Salt and I sanded everything now - and this is what I got.
I then just repeated the process for the other pieces of the a and there's one side. Then I just copied all my pieces onto another board and cut the other side of the X. What's that all my pieces cut, I squared everything up between two boards and I used glue and some finish nails to just kind of tack everything in place.
Then I moved on to the very top deck and I cut it to length and ripped it to width. I made some cross pieces to hold my top deck together. didn't measure how high I want to be other decks and I glued and nailed the pleats in place. I cleaned up all the excess nails that were sticking out all over the place. After that I had a ton of wood filler just to make everything look nice and flush.
