Vanessa Hicks TV Stand November 19th, 2018 - 05:21:49
The TV stands there in a corner and just left it alone. It's really the only place that makes sense in the house. We have the window here. The couch goes back here, so you can't really put it anywhere over there. It's kind of the same thing here, a big window there and the chair, so it's really the only place to put it plus. It definitely makes sense because the cable that comes on the wall for the TV is back there too.
So what we did just move input our hand me down a little entertainment center. There plopped it down and didn't think about it anymore. But now it's been a few years, I'm just really tired of looking at that thing, plus it's way bigger than we need. We only need a few things there. So I think what I'm gonna do is make something that looks way cooler and it's a lot more compact and I'll even open up for space. So let me show you what I'm going to do so when you look at this thing up close and look behind there, you can see there's a lot of wasted space.
We shove this thing as close to the walls as we could, but you can see. There's quite a bit of open space, so what I think I can actually do is build a corner, wall-mounted shelf kind of in a triangular shape that will push everything back, so the TV will pretty much be touching wall to wall. It would be just big enough to hold everything and then our satellite and DVD and clock and all that can go in a shelf underneath and then that way we can get rid.
